TAILORED TRAINING

Skills: Skills will be defined according to the customer's specific needs and context.

Objective: To acquire the tools and methods to manage crises in an organization.

Ability : Ability to manage a crisis.

Methods used:  

➝ A series of role-play exercises, carried out in teams under the supervision of a mentor

➝ A debriefing led by the mentor between each scenario

➝ Translation work to the recipient's context initiated at the end of the session

Assessment methods: Workplace situations.
