Skills: Analyze, decide and act. The skills to be acquired are refined according to the objectives defined with the customer.

Objective: Develop managerial skills. Objectives will be defined according to the customer's specific needs and context.

Ability:Ability to lead and manage a team

Methods used:  

➝ A sequence of situational exercises, conducted in teams under the supervision of a mentor

➝ A debriefing led by the mentor between each scenario

➝ Translation work to the recipient's context initiated at the end of the session
