TRAINING LEADING TO CERTIFICATION

This training is referenced in the Specific Directory of France Compétences RS6058 (registered by decision of France Compétences on 01/07/2022) and is eligible for the CPF

🎯It meets a cross-functional need for skills among directors, managers and any professional responsible for a team or aspiring to manage one.

Prerequisites: Candidates must have professional experience or be enrolled in a management training program. 

Skills : 

➝ C.1 Analyze and prevent the risks associated with a complex situation.

➝ C.2 Define a collective action plan in a complex environment.

➝ C.3 Manage stakeholder relations when steering a complex project.

Objective: Acquire the specific skills for managing complex situations drawn from military experience: business transformation, emergency management, interpersonal conflicts, uncertainty management...

Aptitude: Ability to manage and cooperate in complex situations.

Methods used:  

➝ A sequence of situational exercises, conducted in teams under the supervision of a mentor

➝ A debriefing led by the mentor between each scenario

➝ Translation work to the recipient's context initiated at the end of the session
