TRAINING LEADING TO CERTIFICATION
This training is referenced in the Répertoire Spécifique de France Compétences RS6682 (registered by decision of France Compétences on 28/06/2024, name of certifier: SCYFCO SAS) and is eligible for the CPF.
🎯Certification meets a cross-functional need for skills among directors, managers and any professional responsible for a team or aspiring to manage one.
Prerequisites: Candidates must have managed a team or projects in a professional capacity, or be applying for a managerial position.
Skills :
➝ C.1 Analyze and prevent risks related to a complex situation by by analyzing the professional context, the company's stakes and objectives, identifying the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, taking into account the inclusion and integration of diversity, anticipating potential obstacles and defusing potential conflicts to better manage emergencies.
➝ C.2 Define a collective action plan in a complex environment, by prioritizing information and action, managing internal and external communication and adopting a posture that encourages support in the face of adversity, promoting inclusion and the integration of diversity, with the aim of providing an appropriate and effective response. to provide an appropriate and effective response.
