U-Spring 2026 Trade Show
On April 1, 2026, SCYFCO participated in the U-Spring trade show at the Pavillon d’Armenonville. Through an immersive introductory workshop on crisis management and numerous discussions, participants learned about our practical approach to leadership.
An Immersive Workshop on Dealing with Complexity
For the 2026 edition, SCYFCO offered an immersive introductory workshop on crisis management for the first time.
Through a group simulation, participants were confronted with a dynamic environment that required them to quickly analyze the available information, coordinate their actions, and make decisions in a context of uncertainty.
This experience gave them the opportunity to put several key leadership skills into practice:
– analyze a complex situation and identify risk factors;
– making decisions under pressure;
– develop an appropriate action plan;
– mobilize and coordinate a group;
– communicate effectively in a sensitive situation.
The discussions during the debriefings also shed light on the individual and collective behaviors people employ when faced with complexity.

Discussions on Leadership Issues
Beyond the workshop, this event provided an opportunity to meet numerous human resources professionals, training managers, executives, and managers who came to learn about SCYFCO’s educational approach.
These discussions provided an opportunity to address several current issues in skills development:
– the changing role of the manager;
– employee engagement;
– cooperation within teams;
– managing complex situations;
– leadership development.
They also confirmed organizations’ growing interest in experiential training programs that enable learning through action and hands-on practice.
An Experience-Based Approach to Leadership
Through this participation, SCYFCO was able to demonstrate what makes its teaching approach unique: placing participants in real-world situations so they can experience firsthand the mechanisms of decision-making, cooperation, and leadership.
This approach fosters a practical awareness of individual and collective behaviors and helps ensure that what is learned is retained over the long term.
