Certification Managing teams and driving collective effectiveness

TRAINING 

This training course is referenced in the Répertoire Spécifique de France Compétences RS6626 (registered by decision of France Compétences on 05/06/2024, name of certifier: SCYFCO SAS) and is eligible for the CPF.

🎯 Certification meets a need for cross-disciplinary skills among directors, managers and any professional responsible for a team or aspiring to manage one.

Formats offered: intra-company or inter-company*.

Prerequisites: Candidates must have experience as a manager/team leader or be a professional with responsibilities within a project team.

Skills :

➝ C.1 Establish a participative approach within a project-team by organizing the analysis of the situation, identifying the issues at stake and setting a common objective in order to elicit the commitment of its collaborators.

➝ C.2 Make managerial decisions based on a collaborative approach, defining the conditions for exercising the responsibility and freedom of action of each project stakeholder in order to achieve the set objective.

➝ C.3 Carry out collective action in the service of the project, adopting an adapted, stable professional posture and drawing on past experience to effectively lead the project to completion.

Objective: Reinforce the ability to successfully carry out collective projects by adapting the military method of leading collective action to situations of project management and/or corporate transformation.

Aptitude : Ability to manage and lead a team to gain in collective efficiency.

Methods used:  

➝ A sequence of situational exercises, conducted in teams under the supervision of a mentor

➝ A debriefing led by the mentor between each scenario

➝ Translation work to the recipient's context initiated at the end of the session
