TRAINING 

🎯 Certification meets a need for cross-disciplinary skills among directors, managers and any professional responsible for a team or aspiring to manage one.

Formats offered: intra-company or inter-company*.

Prerequisites: Candidates must have professional experience or be enrolled in a management training program.

Skills :

➝ C.1 Establish a participative approach within a project-team .

➝ C.2 Make managerial decisions.

➝ C.3 Carry out a collective action in support of the project .

Objective: To strengthen the ability of leaders and managers to effectively lead collective projects by adapting the military method to their professional situation.

Aptitude : Ability to manage and lead a team to gain in collective efficiency.

Methods used:  

➝ A sequence of situational exercises, conducted in teams under the supervision of a mentor

➝ A debriefing led by the mentor between each scenario

➝ Translation work to the recipient's context initiated at the end of the session
