Olivier Martin

For 20 years, Olivier served in the Army, where he gained experience in two fields: logistics and security. A holder of the “Food Service, Hospitality, and Recreation” specialty certification, he managed several restaurants at the Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academies, while also serving as a marksmanship instructor.
