With a solid background in Defence and Foreign Affairs, Hilaire then managed the corporate affairs of a construction group abroad before becoming a crisis management consultant. He has developed a high degree of intercultural understanding and a capacity for discernment that he now uses to coach executives in the fields of leadership and the management of complex situations.
