A Look Back at the Major Gathering of Decision-Makers
On March 3, 2026, SCYFCO brought together decision-makers, managers, and executives
at Domaine des Hayes for an immersive day focused on
leadership.
An action-oriented approach
After a welcome and introductory session, the participants learned about our vision of leadership:
– leadership that is forged through action,
– in decision-making,
– and in the ability to engage a group.
Workshops to explore leadership
Throughout the day, participants took part in immersive workshops:
– get to know yourself better and lay the groundwork for leadership
– develop a shared vision
– make decisions in complex situations
– rally a team to take action
Each workshop was followed by debriefings led by our mentors, providing an opportunity to analyze behaviors, decision-making, and group dynamics.
Exchanges and sharing of experiences
A lunchtime cocktail reception gave participants the opportunity to continue their discussions in a relaxed setting.
The day concluded with feedback
and open discussions, as well as
a time for dialogue with our teams.
